Merkle s. r. o. was established in Bratislava in 2026. The company builds on more than twelve years of its founder’s business activity in Slovakia and almost four decades of independent entrepreneurial experience across several European countries.

The company brings together four areas that naturally complement each other in modern business: technology, consulting, marketing and education.

One company, four connected areas

A successful business project requires more than registering a company. It needs a carefully considered concept, efficient processes, modern tools, a credible brand, effective communication and people who continue to develop their skills.

We therefore do not regard our four service areas as isolated activities. Where appropriate, we combine them into one coherent solution.

A business concept may lead to the creation of a brand and website. Digital tools can improve both administrative and marketing processes. Language training can help a company communicate with customers and partners in German-speaking markets.

Stefan Merkle

Founder and Managing Director

Stefan Merkle is a German entrepreneur living in Slovakia. He has almost forty years of experience as an independent business owner in several European countries.

His professional background includes business services, marketing, technology and education. He has also worked professionally as a German teacher for more than twelve years.

In January 2026, his previous business activity was transferred to Merkle s. r. o. The new company structure provides a basis for expanding services, working with additional specialists and delivering more comprehensive projects.

His approach is based on personal communication, practical thinking and an open but considered attitude towards new technology.

We are based in Bratislava and primarily serve clients in Slovakia. Our international experience, the founder’s German background and our ability to communicate in Slovak, English and German also enable us to support cross-border projects within the European Union.
